Details of the offer

Position Scope: This position serves as a key supporting role to the business management. You will perform the full range of financial & management accounting functions and administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling full set of accounts.
Working close with operation team (CRA) to ensure the day-to-day administrative requirements and to perform sales invoicing to Sponsor.
Preparing monthly financial reports, e.g. profit & loss, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, journal entries etc
Managing vendor accounts, generating weekly/monthly demand payment or as and when request.
Managing creditor accounts, keep track of the movements on creditor account and follow up on the overdue accounts/late payment.
Prepare year-end financial report & all required documents for annual audit and assisting external auditors with queries.
Liaise with external auditors, company secretary & tax agent related matters.
Handling staff payroll including EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, Zakat and EA form.
Maintenance of the HR records, e.g. keep track staff punch card, leave etc.
Handling office administrative, e.g. renew insurances/licenses, maintain & monitor office pantry/stationery/office equipment, assist operation team book air-ticket/ERL/hotel etc.
Assist in CDA & service agreement preparation.
Assist in project budget proposal for business development.
Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when necessary.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Professional Certificate or part qualified and/or recognized degree in accounting & finance.
2-5 years of working experience in accounting field
Microsoft Office skill & knowledge of SQL Accounting System
Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision
Immediate starter would be preferred
