Account Executive

**Job responsibilities**:- Ensures all transactions are properly recorded and entered the computerised accounting system.- Perform data analysis for audit and tax submission in an accurate and timely manner.- Maintains company ledgers and daily financial transactions.- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, track them to the source and correct them.- Maintains the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all transactions.- Monitors and maintains fixed asset register.- Involve in month end and year end account closing activities (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledgers).- Perform any ad-hoc analysis relating to financial data or any ad hoc assignments as and when required.- Ensure all financial regulations are strictly adhered to.**The minimum requirements are**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as accounting, finance, accounting, business studies, economics, or other related field.- At least 3 years of experience in similar field.
