Account Executive

Your responsibilities: Handle full set accounts. To handle daily accounting data entries and any other accounting-related matters in a timely manner and adhere to accounting standards. Receive and process payments, invoices, reimbursements, bills, and other accounting information. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Handle filling of all documents related to company finances. Prepare statements of accounts and monitor monthly collection and debt recoveries. Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash claims. Prepare analysis of accounts. Prepare with month-end closing. To liaise with the auditors, bankers, tax consultants, company secretaries & etc. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.   Preferred Skills and Experience: At least one year experience in handling full set accounts. Computer literate (Mircosoft Excel, WORDS). Experience using the AUTOCOUNT Accounting System will be an added advantage. Able to work independently and have a positive working attitude. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance minimum of 5 years of related experience. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision& work in a tight timeline. High level of accuracy, integrity, and interpersonal skills.  Able to work beyond working hours to meet the statutory deadline submission.
