Description Primary Objective:To assist Head SME banking Credit Risk in monitoring, review and implementation of Group Community Banking Credit Risk Management for the RHB Bank and Group Key Responsibilities: To assist in review and monitoring of the implementation of risk recommendations arising from the MIS analytics and new / changes of lending/financing guidelines To assist in MIS enhancement, including well organized data warehouse, strong MIS skillsets and reporting automation tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting and analyticsTo consistently complete the business initiatives, risk reporting and analytics within the standard SLA for cross functional departments / senior managementTo assist in portfolio analytics, presentation of analytic findings and to facilitate discussion with Business, Credit Underwriting, Collections and regional offices to review the portfolio health and to propose necessary remedial actions via monthly discussion forumTo ensure the follow-up MIS monitoring are always in place subsequent to the updates from Policy Team on the new/refined lending/financing guidelines To ensure compliance of the regulatory requirements in order to safeguard the bank's reputation and interestTo assist the immediate superior in any task delegated / task assigned when required Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - . 2-4 years in retail risk management or Risk AnalyticsAble to manage stakeholder expectationAble to analyze numbers and provide insightsPossess logical and analytical thinkingPossess good communication & negotiation skillsIndependent under minimal supervision Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
