Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is looking for Application Support Analyst for their organisation.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

·Support and troubleshooting business software applications to end users within the company

·Investigate, and resolve various technical problems related to applications (SQL)

·Work closely with the IT / DBA team to monitor, repair, report and document all production errors

·Ensure functional specifications and documentations are complete for technical development

·Monitor and track all incidents, service and change requests to ensure SLAs are met

·Resolve incidents requests within SLA.

Requirements:

·Min 2 years experience using and/ or supporting one or more of the following technologies: MSSQL

·Able to communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner

·Minimum a Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science / equivalent.
