Details of the offer

Manage and monitor payroll for the group of companies. Expatriates/ Foreign workers management. Reviewing and recommending improvement of company’s policies & procedures. Analysis or survey of salary and others benefits in the market to gauge the company’s standard of compensation and benefits. Engage with relevant government bodies on regulations updates from time to time. Responsible for full recruitment cycle from advertisement to on-boarding. To handle and advise the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling, grievance handling and other employee relations matters in compliance with Malaysian Labor Law. Requirements:- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma in Human Resource Management. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience with Benefits, Employee Resources, Employment Laws & Regulations, and Excellent Leadership skills to provide guidance and assistance to employee within the department as well as throughout the company.
