Job Description:Supervise IP matters surfaced by LA from the Shopee Brand PortalSupporting global IP litigation and dispute resolutionReviewing and responding to correspondence on IP-related mattersAdvising on IP complaints and complaint handling processesOverseeing global trademark portfolio and other IP registrationsProviding legal advice and support to business teams on a variety of IP and licensing related matters.Requirements:The ideal candidate for this position should be a qualified lawyer and have at least 2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in the intellectual property practice at a reputable law firm or in-house company. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment, show excellent legal and commercial judgment, be a good team player and be highly efficient and hardworking.
