Care to be a part of this revolution?As the Associate Director, Product Manager at Klook, you will be a driving force behind the strategic development and enhancement of our product offerings. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform, contribute to innovative solutions, and have a significant impact on the travel and technology industry.**Key Responsibilities**:Lead a team of product managers in setting product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on customer needs and market trends.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.Develop and communicate product requirements, user stories, and specifications.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring products meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional experiences.Drive the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality releases.Mentor and guide the professional growth of product team members.Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape.Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
