To assist in timely and efficient launch of new products and product enhancements, within the set timeline by proper preparation and documentation of gate papers, product specification, policy contract, marketing materials, sales illustration and meeting minutes on approvals2. To assist in providing timely and accurate delivery of SQS testing3. To assist in conducting training on new product to internal staff prior to product launch and prepare comprehensive and accurate training materials for staffs' perusal in their customers servicing3. To assist in ensuring compliance of new guidelines issued by BNM/LIAM relating to products To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
