Job Requirements- Proven experience as Baker- Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a service related field- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes- Design menus that enhance customer's culinary experience while keeping up high quality- Submit cost proposals for menu items and update market list- Provide feedback regarding the food quality of large bulk purchases.- Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational and financial objectives- Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredients- Manage food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimizes waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns- Keep the kitchen fully equipped with all the tools and raw material inventory control in line with allocated budget**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift
