Cashier

**JOB CONTENT**- Assist Cashier Supervisor in process each transaction to improvise customer overall shopping experience.- Assist Cashier Supervisor in ensuring the E-payment is done correctly by writing down the right detail, maximum/ below 1% error is allowed from total month orders.- Assist Cashier Supervisor in ensuring the accuracy in entering/scanning the right product during every transaction, maximum/ below 1% error is allowed from total month orders.- Assist Cashier Supervisor in ensuring that closing amount calculation is done right, maximum/ below 1% error is allowed from total month orders.- Achieve daily new member registration target, minimum 10 new members each day for the first 2 months of launching.- Ensure that the workstation is always clean and tidy up every day during opening and after closing.- Ensure to be clock into work on time and punctual both Cashier supervisor and Cashier.- Ensure that items that are packed are safe for travel, maximum/ below 1% error is allowed from total month orders.- Ensure to record and resolve issues with products that have no barcode by the end of each working day.- Ensure to promote the sales item to each customer before the end of each transaction.REQUIREMENT- Age 18-30 years old (Male / Female)- Minimum at least 2 years work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS- Good math skills- Strong communication and time management skills- Customer satisfaction-oriented- Should be familiar with knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is an essential skill required.
