Job Requirement Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia, including good presentation skills and is comfortable in interfacing with various levels of internal and external stakeholders (including blue collar workers). Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Possess at least a Diploma in any field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to communicate complex data and ideas through Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and Excel reporting. At least 2 years experience in client management or sales. Good track record. Job Responsibilities Handle daily incoming and outgoing communication including sales related e-mail and telephone inquiries. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. To attend to customer requests in a timely manner and process proactively at a stipulated time. Be able to work in a teamwork environment in conflict of resolution and interacting with people from various department within the Company. Dealing with customer complaints and responding complaints from customer and give after sales support when requested. Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers including operational issues, documentation issues, invoices queries etc. Handle any ad-hoc assignment from the superior.
