INTERN (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE)

THE PERSON:

We are looking for candidates who are excited to work in a fast-growing team besides posses excellent communication, organizational skills, able to work well with others and convey your teamwork skills.

THE ROLE:

Responsible for the daily accounting functions, including processing invoices / receipts, preparation of payment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Liaise with internal and external customers on all payment issue / PO issue / invoice issues.

2.Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

3.Proactively challenge the current processes and develop business process improvements.

4.Update designated tracker & ensure completeness of the incoming request & enquiry per Service Level Agreement

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

· Good written and spoken English

· Team player and able to Assertive, creative, good interpersonal skills, highly driven and self-motivated for a fast paced evolving environment

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or any equivalent accounting proficient qualification
