Details of the offer

Job Description To assist reporting manager for the day to day business activities. Ro support reporting manager fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the Division's Quality System. Ensure that the information from the clients is kept as strictly confidential and never revealed to the third party. Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing. Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients. Keeping of necessary statistics reports required by his/her superior. Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management. Qualifications Minimum education SPM or College degree or Diploma or degree in business administration Presentable and good personality. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office. Additional Information REQUIRED SKILLS: Knowledge of inspection skill will add to advantage. Able to read, write and understand well in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Good understand/knowledge of the business operational activities and customer needs.
