We are looking for a competent Cost Analyst who is interested to advance skills in the costing area. As a Cost Analyst, you will perform cost control activities and identify potential areas for cost improvement.If you are proactive and enjoy working with data, we welcome you to the team!**Responsibilities**:- Involve in budget preparation, inventory revaluation, activity-based costing, and standard cost analysis.- Perform month-end closing and reporting activities in a timely manner.- Lead and initiate continuous improvement activities when recurring variances are being identified by performing root cause analysis and variances analysis.- Conduct monthly analysis for volume, utility prices, and variable cost variances.- Liaise and coordinate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders inclusive of Finance, Manufacturing, and Business Management teams for any cost-related issues.**Required skills and experience**:- 3-5 years of professional working experience in the Finance or costing field.- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel Advanced.- Experience with ERP systems is added advantage.- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Thai language competency is an added advantage.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability in time and planning management.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Act as a team player.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.**We offer**:- We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
