Position : Customer Service
Working Location : Pandan Indah, Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Working Hours : 5.5 days work [Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) & Saturday (8:00am-1:00pm)]
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively on customers enquiries.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, more to customer care.
- Will follow up with our customer about their Order.
- Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- For girl only.
- With experience in customer service are welcome.
- Patience. Patience is crucial for customer service professionals.
- Ability to resolve complaints, resolve problems with courteously.
- Multilingual abilities in Malay, English & Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Able to respond on member concerns in professional manner.
