Responsibilities:
Provide help-desk support for PCs, Laptops and related products and services via calls, emails & chat.
The Offer :
Attractive Salary (RM3000- 3500).
Performance related bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.
15 days Annual Leave.
14 days Medical Leave.
Medical and Hospitalization coverage.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT related disciplines.
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin with minimal English
At least 1 year working experience in a similar field.
