About the Digital Marketing Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you are responsible for strategic digital planning across websites, social media, email marketing, lead generation, mobile app, media buy, analytics and reporting, and all digital innovations, in line with the company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop short, mid and long-term strategic digital roadmap in line with the business objectives and competitiveness
- Lead the strategic and tactical digital initiatives; and manage the execution outcome
- Ensure a consistent digital experience across all online channels
- Plan, coordinate, and execute digital A&P activities including major marketing and sales campaign, social media, website, EDMs, and other viable digital platforms
- Track and analyse campaign performance based on key metrics such as visitors, conversions and engagement and relate these to business objectives
- Automate and improve performance tracking to capture accurate real-time information
- Manage all internal digital assets including website, mobile app, social media platforms, and other related digital platforms
- Ensure that all media assets are properly integrated with the CRM system (Salesforce) to enable effective lead generation with intuitive user experience
- Establish an effective content management system (CMS), including a digital photo library
- Explore opportunities to improve on these performance tracking to deliver insightful real-time results to drive business actions
- Build and maintain strategic business partnerships for strategic digital expansion The successful Digital Marketing Manager must have prior experience in all aspects of digital marketing within the property development industry.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, master's degree, marketing or equivalent
- At least five years of work experience in a related field is required for this position
- Preferably managers specialising in property/real estate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Bahasa and other local languages
