Support software development for non-standard HW and application. hardware level development for battery system level speciation and documents Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on electrical design and EV powertrain and battery testing. 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing a team of engineers. Knowledge about the technical skills in E-plan and CAD software (., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Proe or Creo) Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
