We are looking for a highly analytical Finance Business Partner (Operations - Shared Service Centre) to join our regional team based in Kuala Lumpur.
You will be a key member of the Regional Finance Business Partnering team, supporting our APAC Operations Shared Service Centre.
Responsibilities:
Business partnering end-to-end with Shared Service Centre, Country and Regional FP&A team to ensure that financials are clearly understood by wider teams Sit alongside the Shared Service Centre management team to support decision making with proactive insights to highlight opportunities for cost savings or process improvements Leading monthly and quarterly Financial Planning cycles for contact centre and vendor onboarding costs, providing forward-looking estimates and communicating the plans to multiple teams Ensuring that controls are in place to optimise costs & validate investments Managing end to end change management projects ensuring robust financial controls prior to the launch of new initiatives/expansion Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region
Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline. 5-10 years of Finance Business Partnering or FP&A background in e-commerce / logistics / delivery focused companies. Must have experience business partnering with a Shared Service Centre Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders Relationship building skills to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders in Operations Experience in providing recommendations based on financial modelling and data analytics (including Excel, Tableau & SQL) to senior management for strategic decision-making Comfortable to sit within the business unit and explain financial concepts to non financial stakeholders
