Job Description The duties and responsibilities of the Manager of F&B Income Audit & Reporting, F&B Cashiering and F&B Cost Control Monitor overall daily income audit for F&B division and other functions Review manning of F&B cashiering as and when need arises from F&B operations Review monthly F&B Cost Margin Report prepared by F&B Cost Controller Review monthly closing and management reporting for F&B divisions Review SST return for F&B division Review monthly reports for F&B outlets under franchise Handle management accounting and financial reporting Review monthly, quarterly and yearly standard financial reporting schedules for Review tax schedules for tax return purposes under Recommend the signing off of audited financial statement Review mid-year review and annual profit plan Verify system purchase requisitions and withholding tax Authorize online payments Ensure implementation of internal control and adherence of operating procedures to achieve compliance of company policies Recruit and promote staff as and when need arises Coach and train entire team Member of GCP Tender Evaluation Committee to make recommendation for expenses up to RM1 million Streamline and recommend improvements to the existing internal controls and accounting practices Co-ordinate, monitor and to ensure continuous ISO certification for the Finance Department Job Requirements: A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications. Must be MIA member. Minimum 6 years accounting experience and 1 year experience at managerial level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities. Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. Experience in the industry is an advantage.
