Job Description Reviewing income tax returns and computations and providing innovative tax planning. Support tax audits and prepare/review responses to tax authorities queries. Assist with the preparation and support pricing controls, issues, and documentation. Review management accounts for accounting tax provisioning. Stay updated on Malaysian tax legislation. Provide documentation on transfer pricing. Provide advice on withholding taxes, SST, RPGT, capital gains taxes, and corporate exercise taxes. File tax return for inactive companies. Follow up with IRB for tax refund or tax credit and file CP204. Any ad-hoc assignments when needed. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and professional accounting qualification such as CTIM/MIA/ACCA/CPA. At least 7 years experience of Malaysian corporate tax experience and 5 years experience in Big 4 accounting firms experience. Proven experience in construction and property development industry. Fluency in both written and spoken in English. Great interpersonal skills and able to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee tax risk and strategies, ensuring tax compliance procedures are optimised for efficiency and corporate success. Leads team supervision to excel in deadline-driven, dynamic environments, fostering motivation for maximum productivity. Requirements At least 7 years experience of Malaysian corporate tax experience and 5 years experience in Big 4 accounting firm experience.
