Head of Trade Product Management and Business Development-(240000CQ)DescriptionJob Responsibilities:1)Work with Head, Global Trade Finance to implement product strategies and roadmap in line with the country's trade business strategy and plan.2)Lead the product managers on the following activities:a) Product Management and Business Development·Develop new solution/offering/product/service/new use case for existing products, bundling trade products or bundling cash management or FX product into a unique proposition.·Manage existing products: Review, enhancement, re-price, process & procedures. Organize and/or execute internal and external campaigns to encourage product adoption and utilization.Coordinate and conduct broad market intelligence gathering, research and benchmarking.Perform market/customer segmentation and identify new opportunities.Design and roll-out training for stakeholders. b) Process Management & Delivery Work with Group Operations & Technology on: On-going service delivery issues.Systems enhancement, implementation and roll out.Identifying new customers' requirements / exception handlings that could be translated into new product/service offerings. c) Data Analytics Perform data mining on both internal and external data to provide insight into present state of business and opportunities of growth.Responsible for measuring product & segment profitability.Develop MIS requirements and perform ad hoc extraction.Work with Data Analytic team to automate regular reports. d) Marketing Work with Marketing unit to: Organize and/or execute customer training / seminar / workshops.Propose Product positioning: §Media§Publications§AwardoIntroduce and manage product marketing materials such as brochures.QualificationsJob Requirements:·At least 10 years of direct experience in trade products and services. ·At least 5 years of experience leading a team.·Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills with ability to articulate himself/herself well against different levels of audience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.·Attentive to details, independent, results-oriented and resourceful.·Have keen interest in general business and economy development trend, and able to identify opportunities to drive business growth.
