**Guest Assistance**:- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and amenities.- Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, and transportation options.- Arrange reservations for dining, tours, shows, and other activities as requested by guests.- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.- **Concierge Services**:- Coordinate transportation services, including airport transfers, taxi bookings, and car rentals.- Assist guests with luggage handling and storage.- Arrange for special amenities or services such as floral arrangements, special occasion packages, or room upgrades.- Facilitate ticket purchases for events, attractions, and sightseeing tours.- Provide directions and maps to help guests navigate the local area.- **Communication and Coordination**:- Liaise with other hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.- Communicate effectively with guests to confirm arrangements and address any changes or updates.- Collaborate with external service providers and vendors to arrange special services or events for guests.- **Safety and Security**:- Monitor guest activity in public areas to ensure security and safety.- Address any security concerns or incidents promptly, following hotel procedures and protocols.- Provide assistance during emergencies or evacuations, guiding guests to safety and providing necessary support.- **Administrative Tasks**:- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and reservations.- Process billing and payment transactions for concierge services rendered.- Prepare reports summarizing guest preferences, feedback, and service trends.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal providedSchedule:- Rotational shift
