Job Description- To understand and comply with all Labour and Industrial relations laws, HR related statutory and tax law.- To review, update and train employees on HR policies and procedures; and on the Employee Handbook to ensure compliance by all employees.- Manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee welfare administration and payroll.- Performance Appraisal & Reward Management.- Handling and advises Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, termination, and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labor laws.- To maintain and circulate up to date organization structure diagrams and job descriptions for each property.- Prepare and seek approval for the annual HR Budget for the Group and each property.- Monitor the HR Budget utilization against the approved Budget allocated to each property.- Provide information to management about HR data such as staff turnover, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.- Review all staff salaries and positions and discuss promotions, pay rises and increments and bonuses with line managers.- Ensure payroll processing is completed accurately and to deadline.- Oversees and manages the full spectrum of HR & Administration.- To oversees legal advisory services, drafting of new agreements and legal documents.- To consult and coordinate with external lawyers on specific matters requiring more research and advice.- To ensure good document management of all significant business contracts and transactions.- To be updated with all Group Policies, Procedures, Rules, Guidelines.- To oversee, supervise, guide and review on the drafting revising, auditing of company policies and standard operating procedures and reporting of non-compliance to Management.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
