Shiji is rapidly expanding in both China and the international market with 70+ subsidiaries in China alone along with ongoing expansion into Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.As** Implementation Consultant** for our hotel PMS solutions, you'll improve the adoption and usage of the company's product services and maintain revenue growth targets by providing excellent customer care and maintaining healthy relationships with our current and future customers in an environment where every staff member is passionate about going the extra mile.- Take care of the overall installation and updates of hotel Property ManagementSystems (PMS)- Install and configure PMS interfaces for third party vendors- Troubleshooting PMS network related issues- Installation of PMS backup solutions- Perform health checks on PMS systems- Provide detailed reports and create documentation on new installation processes- Provide suggestions or make modifications to existing documentation to improvequality installations- Provide high quality customer care while performing installation services and supportof customers' systems**Qualifications**- Preferred with University Degree and have a minimum of 2 years of work experience inHospitality Business background or working record in a similar role- Experience with hotel property management systems & passion for the Hospitalityindustry as our customers' passion to serve their guests- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required- Proficiency in SQL/SQLPLUS, Microsoft Office- Ability to roll up sleeves for direct client support- Ability to quickly learn the company's various IT solutions; and able to handle systeminstallation- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, new technologies & products- Well-organized, analytical and empathetic person with a get-it-done attitude- Fluent in English and one additional language of the region- Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific region**Additional Information**Additional information- Fast learner to pick up the company's various IT solution; and able to handle systeminstallation.- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.- Adhere to company standards, policy and procedure.- Willing to work with a wide variety of cultures.- Willing to be contactable on an on-call basis after-hours by mobile phone.- Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
