It Support Executive

**Duties / Responsibilities**:- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and other network (LAN, wireless, internet) and system related issues / problems.- Installing, configuring, testing, monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading the IT infrastructure.- Suggest, coordinate, and maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.- Provide technical networking support for cabling and communication equipment.- Monitoringnetwork performance, utilization, and health status to ensure network stability.- Set up workstations, laptops or POS systems and their necessary peripherals or devices.- Arrange and coordinate the configuration and delivery of new or replacement units of computer hardware and POS terminals to outlets for each roll-out.- Collaborating with relevant vendors to ensure speedy resolution.- Provide IT technical recommendations based on task requirements.- Perform hardware and software inventory management including, IT supplies- Perform ad-hoc task as instructed from time to time.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related fields- Knowledge in IT, electrical & electronic is a plus- Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT infrastructure and networking related field**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- did you have deep understanding of network troubleshooting ?- can you diagnosed and resolved network issued ?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Electrical: 1 year (preferred)- IT support: 2 years (required)
