Junior Account Executive

Statutory compliance & timely reporting of financial information to management.- Improve and achieve financial information accuracy to ensure completeness & accuracy.- Responsible for monitoring processing invoices and monitoring billing compliance.- Handle 3rd party payment with no zero balance according to fixed schedule with complete documentation (Official Receipt).- Monitor and verify payments with voucher to Trade/ Non-Trade suppliers/vendors/sub contractors/clients to ensure no overcharged / wrongly charged.- Payments need to be supported by proper document reconciliation.- Ensure prompt payments to suppliers/vendors/sub contractors to avoid service interruptions.- Review details P&L/contract matching for payment.**Requirement**- At least 1 - 2 years working experience in construction or the related field is required for this position.- Knowledge in accounting system is an added advantage.- Able to multi task**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Seremban (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (required)
