Legal Mgr

Working Hour- Regular Hours- Monday - Friday- Business Area- Location- Description**Primary Objective**:- Provide legal advisory and/or review/drafting contracts or agreements and revert within stipulated turnaround time;- Attend to claims and litigation matters within stipulated timeframe;- Provide legal advisory on ad-hoc projects in a timely manner.**Key Responsibilities**:- Draft, review and advise on a broad range of banking - related and commercial contracts.- Draft, review and advise on ISDA related matters.- Assist in handling dispute related matters.- Advise and participate in branch - related projects.- Working together with multiple internal stakeholders to prepare and advise on legal documentation, internal policies and procedures.- Manage external counsels effectively when engaged.- Keep abreast with the relevant laws and regulations relating to financial institutions.- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Section Head of Legal.- Requirements**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree - Law.- At least 3-5 years' related banking experience preferably acting as in-house counsel- Resourceful and a good team player- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task- Good communication and inter-personal skills- BenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
