Legal - Senior Manager/ Manager Your ResponsibilitiesProviding legal advice and support in all legal mattersResponsibility for contract management, contract review and contract negotiations (e.g. purchasing contracts)Administration of contracts and other corporate legal documents in electronic archiving systems and databasesManaging company secretarial work in alignment with the Business Unit's and Group's Legal DepartmentsAct as point of contact for all compliance matters ensuring that Group Compliance Standards are applied and implemented locallyProviding general legal advice and necessary trainings on general and specific legal topicsAdvising on insurance claims, acting as point of contact for local insurance brokers and supporting Business Unit's and Group's Legal Departments with local insurance insights Handling of day to day corporate law matters; liaising and coordinating with local counsel on extraordinary corporate law matters Your ProfileBA or MA in Law is a must; MAICSA qualification preferred 5+ years of experience as Legal Counsel, Legal Advisor or Company Secretary preferably in a MNCExcellent knowledge of contract law, company and corporate lawHigh knowledge and competence in general legal matters Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishAbility to analyze and handle complex legal topics and offer efficient and workable solutions
