Details of the offer

The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, product suggestions, and general company information via a Live Chat portal. The Live Chat Agent will facilitate the customer request by providing information directly, gathering full contact information so the appropriate person can respond, forwarding the information as appropriate, and entering leads.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Develop a working product knowledge for multiple product lines.
Focus on customer service excellence and success.
Develop micro-relationships with customers via Live Chat interface.
Help customers solve issues they may be experiencing quickly and effectively
Manage customer expectations with clear and timely communication
Enhance customer experience with surprise and delight opportunities
Assist in maintaining brand consistency by approving social media content to post to local Facebook pages
Respond to comments and direct messages across all brand social platforms
Identity and engage in relevant conversations through social listening tools on Facebook and Twitter
Engage with customers that are interacting with out digital products, such as websites, apps, or social messenger and facilitating customer needs

Job Requirements:

You must have at least 18 months relevant experience in a live Chat department or similar Customer Service environment.
With good writing skills
You are already comfortable with Contact Center service etiquette and protocols
Have at least a diploma from a recognized/accredited institution (SPM/STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 2 years of work experience may be considered)
You must be able to work on Rotating Shifts (24/7)
Have strong English communication skills
Familiar with call center software and documentation systems
You’re ready to adapt and settle into the new role quickly
Your work is structured and you think through how you will approach meeting KPIs
Patient & Composed with customers, colleagues and challenges
You’re spirited, competitive and love being part of a team
You are comfortable establishing a connection with people over the phone.
Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
