**Title: Logistics Performance Analyst****Industry: Oil and Gas****Work Hours: Monday to Friday no shift, generally standard hours but****flexible starting time till 11am as this role will be supporting Pakistan which is 3 hours behind MY time ( 2 days per week in office)****Salary: RM 4000 - RM 5000****Contract Duration: 1 year Contract****This role requires analysis on logistic operating expenditures (OPEX) of actual against plan, supporting logistic manager with cost analysis but also in driving cost efficiencies.****Main stakeholders : logistic manager, supervisor and finance R&A team****Purpose****Principal Accountabilities: -**Regional delivery of the following for twelve markets:I. OTIF Increase Customer's perception of reliability for Shell Lubricants through consistent analysis of OTIF misses and rigorous mitigation of issues to meet Customer PromiseII. Logistics SPANCO Improve business profitability by driving and monitoring structural cost reduction initiatives on in-plant logistics, primary transport, storage and handling, secondary transport, export and import costs with a goal of delivering annual savings target.III. Operational Excellence Drive best-in-class execution of logistics activities by making sure operational KPIs are measured diligently and performance meets or exceeds target.IV. Cost Management Reduce value leakage in logistics expenditure by mitigating against operational inefficiencies across total budget of $120MV. Tariff Management Ensure all logistics expenses are reflected properly in SAP via a tariff and recovered with accuracy of +/-3% in COGS per SKU and operating expenses at customer level.**Key Challenges: -**- Looks after monthly performance but also has an eye towards delivery of T&R- Strong collaboration and influencing skills would be required to drive desired changes with broad scope of stakeholders (LSC Function, Finance, Contracting & Procurement, Suppliers, Customer Operations & Sales).**Operations and stakeholders are for an overseas country with different working hours and language.****Requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.- Min 3 years' experience in finance field.- Min 3 years' experience in a corporate environment.- Basic accounting skills and good affinity with numbers- Analysis and problem-solving skills**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- logistic operating expenditures (OPEX): 3 years (preferred)
