**Job Purpose**Responsible for developing & maintaining the performance management reporting environment and participate in managing new reporting requirements with major impact on service line performance measurement to actively support in steering improvement in operations.**Principal Accountabilities****SSC**:- Prepare, present and analyze day-to-day operational management information reflecting the performance of the service lines against their monthly targets.- Accurately prepare, present and analyze within the agreed timetables, the overall Global Key Performance Indicators (GKPI) and other statistics for the SSC and the service lines.- Give advice to the service line senior and middle managers on how to interpret and use the management information to increase the performance in their areas of responsibility.- Maintain the SSC Performance Management tools and liaise with IT for any problems and issues with the technical infrastructure and the data downloads from the source systems (SAP, IBS+, IAS etc.).- Perform month-end reconciliations between the reporting databases and the source systems and resolve any reconciliation issues.- Develop new reports and prepare additional ad hoc analysis in specific areas based on requests from the service lines/clusters, Business Partners and/or Regional departments (e.g. BPO).- Produce comprehensive manuals and work instructions related to performance management.- Ensure quality and timeliness of performance reports from SSC to Business Partners.- Ensure timely responses to queries.**Global PM**:- Work in collaboration with Global Performance Management for the timely submissions of GKPI data.- Represent AP SSC in Cross Regional calls to align global initiatives and for regional implementation.**People Management**:- Effectively managing & assisting the team in meeting agreed goals.**Experience**- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in performance reporting and data analysis.- Valid experience within the service lines.- Experience with SAP System is an advantage.**Skills**- System knowledge: Good knowledge of SAP, Billing Systems (DVRA, IBS+,etc).- PC skills: Excellent skills in MS Office especially Excel (VB),Power Point, knowledge of Access.- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.- Excellent verbal and writing skills (sentence structure and grammar).- Proactive communicator, having good interpersonal skills.**Competencies****Analysis**: Breaks down a problem, situation or process into its component parts, separates the main issues from side-issues, understands the nature of parts and their relationship to one another.
