**Logistics & Planner Manager**Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)Company Background: Food Industry. Mainly provide a comprehensive product range from hot pot bases, hot pot dipping sauces to Chinese compound seasonings, and focus on the mid-to-high-end market.Job Scope:- To lead, plan and implement overall shipping and logistic strategy and execution.- To oversee the whole supply chain process to ensure shipment are planned and delivered in a timely manner- To develop and implement supply chain strategy for international business expansion and execution with the collocation of planning and purchase team- To plan and monitor the handling & cargo movement operations for incoming raw material shipments at deep sea anchorage, jetties and ports.- Coach, manage and lead a team operations executives & supervisors to ensure all operations running smoothly, timely, safely and in cost-effective manner.- Co-ordinate with 3rd parties such as Contractors, Transporters, Shipping Agents, Port Operators, Surveyors, Forwarders and also internal parties from Shipping, Accounts, Yard, Material Control, Purchasing, Security and Weighbridge, on all operations matter.- Create SOPs and improve existing ones, with close follow up on the implementations, in order to improve the controlling process and also complying to the organizational policies and procedures.- Keep detail records, generate reports, analyze data, prepare presentations and make recommendations to the management, in order to achieve maximum productivity and cost savings.Requirements & Remarks:- At least 5 Year(s) of managerial working experience in the related field- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Chinese- Negotiation skill, Root Cause analysis and problem-solving skill.
