Job Descriptions: The incumbent shall lead the Department to carry out the following: • Responsible for training & development, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits and other HR related support services. • Develop and implement onboarding programme • Manage and compile identification of training needs for divisions and departments and plan the training calendar for the organization. • Monitor and oversee mentor and mentee and internship programmes. • Oversee the training and development function. • Manage Performance Management System for the organization • Plan and implement Staff Engagement activities • Oversee Professional Membership function. • Oversee HR Department Petty Cash. • Provide reports to management on a monthly basis • Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent • At least 8 -10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Preferably specializing in Human Resource or equivalent • Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Have a sound knowledge of local Employment Act, and other HR legislations • Computer literate (Ms Word/Ms Excel/Ms PowerPoint) • Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently
