We are looking for a Medium Voltage (MV) Commercial Engineering Specialist role to be based in either our Malaysia (Puchong) or Indonesia (Jakarta) office.

Position Summary
Medium Voltage (MV) Commercial Engineering Specialist, act as the Medium Voltage Business leader, responsible of multiple countries of India and South East Asia. Candidate will provide day to day direction, leadership, or coordination between stakeholders, in all aspects of commercial and technical (non-field) support, to achieve continued growth, profitability and strategic objectives for Medium Voltage Products.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for both orders and shipments within the defined geography.

Support day-to-day commercial and technical activities at the entire MV product sales cycle. Propose or review technical strategies. Guide pricing tactics.

Track quotations, Perform Win/Loss analysis, share rolling forecast, monthly reports, and Review periodic market condition/trend.

Responsible for contract negotiations & administration, clarify Terms & Conditions, meeting Rockwell ethical standards, complying with legal obligations and safety requirements, meeting local code and tariff mandates, and environmental requirements in the global markets in which we participate.

Ensure optimal performance for the sale of Medium Voltage products (i.e. sales quotas, sales/ personnel performance, cross-functional and sales training, motivating of sales and personnel.)

Create a positive relationship with various departments, business units, and other stakeholders within or outside Rockwell Automation.

Approach stakeholders in multiple countries to discuss project information, strategies, and General and coordinate the dissemination of information, strategies, and specifications to ensure the effective development of marketing programs, product launches.

Coordinate with internal and external parties. Process improvements etc. To meet the needs of the customer, business units and Rockwell profitability.

Supporting in building relationships with 3rd party suppliers with the goal, to increase product sales.

This position may need travel up to 30~50% of annual time.
Education and Experience
Engineering Degree, Project Management Professional, MBA studies are highly recommended.

5 - 10 years of experience in either sales, field application, or marketing experience is highly desirable.

Must have demonstrated strong commercial and technical judgment, self-leading skills in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.

Candidate with high information processing skills (understanding and summarizing information), excel (or Power BI), willingness to learn, and high English proficiency skills are highly recommended.
