**ONLINE SALES ADMIN JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Receive and process sale orders online or via WhatsApp & Facebook.- Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices.- Maintaining sales records, compiling daily and monthly sales reports.- Required to liaise with other departments, and research new product lines.- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.- Maintain and update sales and customer records.- Develop and compiling monthly and daily sales reports.- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.- Describe a product features and benefits- Handle order processing process from follow up a quotation from customers and update the order status.**Requirements**:- Sales-oriented with good communication and marketing skills.- Attention to details and good interpersonal skills.- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written- Fresh graduates with passion in sales & marketing are encouraged to apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insuranceSchedule:- Flexible hours- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:
