Procurement Officer

Job Description: Manage supplier introduction and documentation into AVL; NDA and Vendor's Contract/Agreement Sourcing and ability to review/interpret mechanical drawing and specification Obtain, review and analyze quotation/proposal from suppliers Negotiate for optimum cost while ensure terms and condition are in favor and aligned with the customers'/company's allocated budget/requirement. Provide technical advice for new program, ensuring the FAI (New Product Introduction) smoothness in term of delivery, quality and technical. Requirement: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material or equivalent Mechanical/Materials/Manufacturing Engineering with good understanding of mechanical drawing Experience negotiation with suppliers Good knowledge on process related to Machining (CNC and Conventional), Sheet Metal work, Secondary Process (surface Treatment and Finishing) and Casting process Good knowledge on suppliers' audit Experience in expediting and track delivery progress Good knowledge on risk identification/management Able to communicate fluent in English Skill in Microsoft Excel and Word Flexible and able to adapt to various working conditionVission: To be a leading global turnkey solutions provider of high technology engineering in the sectors of aerospace, defense, maritime and niche contract manufacturing and maritime services.
