Purchasing Executive

1. Responsible for day-to-day procurement and warehouse-related works.2. Liaise with Project Engineers on the requirement of the material and equipment for the projects3. Liaise with our suppliers on quotation requests, price negotiation, delivery, etc4. Prepare purchase order, compile invoices, and delivery order for approval for payment purposes5. Monitor the movement of the materials and equipment purchases, to ensure both are reached at the agreed time and venue.6. Responsible for the store arrangement and maintenance of equipment & material, in the warehouse7. Perform any other purchase and logistics-related matters if required, as per assigned by Purchasing Director**Requirements**:1. Preferably (but not compulsory) has experience in purchasing or related career in the construction company or other similar industry2. Excellent communication skills to liaise with external parties and staff in the Company, in English, Malay, and Mandarin3.
