Job DescriptionDrive profitable growth year on year by maximizing the value of the company by optimizing revenues and operating margins.Conceptualize and Develop marketing strategies. Plan, Forecast & Manage advertising and promotional budget versus actual expense.Frequent field visits and competition update. Train sales team towards scientific promotion, campaign briefing.Ensure good quality and timely delivery of promotional material support for assigned productsLaunch New products with a high impact launch plan.Cascade Marketing Strategies to Sales Force, oversee implementation of marketing programs to Sales Force KOL development & management.Keep abreast of market opportunities for new products.Track doctor behavior and respond to their communication by devising a communication programme as per their needs.RequirementBachelors in Science / Pharmacy / Marketing and Master Degree in Marketing /International Business will be an added advantage.Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience.Experience in the pharmaceutical industryStrong business acumen and conceptual thinking abilities.Able to work independently or in teams.High results orientation with attention to detail.Clear and transparent communication style with good interpersonal skills.A quick learner with strong analytical skills.Collaborative mind set given the matrix organisation structure.Influencing and Negotiation skills.Creativity, Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Focus, Achievement Orientated.Basic Understanding of anatomy and physiology.Additional RequirementGenderAllMin.
