Production Finishing Manager Vacancy

-Support quality and process improvement by providing guiding, coaching and regular performance feedback on product & quality -Work with other department eg ; technical, quality control & quality assurance managers pursuing the best strategy to achieve the total quality management goal. -Develop, implement and maintain current standard work for subordinates and leaders. -Support the teamwork of all internal departments working effectively together to achieve external customer satisfaction in process improvement and rapid problem solving activities. -Plan, manage and execute operating plans and tactical operations, including scheduling, assignments and time line on delivery. -Generate solution on production finishing by using improvement tools, performance and output of production. -Improve departmental process in order to maximize plant efficiencies and reduce rejection -Maintain all quality, process management and production standards to ensure that customer expectation are met -Maintaining focus on direct costs, labor utilization, material specification and waste and compliance to accurate completion of performance reports.
