Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall activities of the seafood processing operations, first be which include production planning, quality assurance, hygiene management.
• Prepare operational plans which are in line with company’s objectives.
• Organize, lead and motivate the teams to achieve production’s goals.
• Optimize production efficiency and control production cost in order to maximize production output and minimize the wastages of materials, time and manpower.
