About the Job: We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Project Consultant (based in Malaysia-Work From Home). This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience and continuously learn and grow in a supportive environment. The Project Consultant reports to the Project Manager (based in Singapore). Job Responsibilities Support implementation of Human Resources System through management of project schedule, system setup, troubleshooting during implementation as well as providing Go-live and Post-live support. Collaborate with clients on gathering business requirements for system implementation. Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables. Configure software solutions to meet clients' specifications. Troubleshoot and provide resolutions to clients on system issues. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project success. Assist with demonstration of Human Resources System as and when needed. Manage and handle CRM-user support tickets. Maintain technical documentation, user manuals etc Conduct Human Resources System training. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. Preferably 4-5 years' experience. Candidates with prior experience in Human Resources System implementation would be an advantage. Meticulous and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Possess sense of urgency and is resourceful and proactive in resolving clients' issues. Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Company information Registration No.
