Project Delivery Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Degree in Banking, Business IT or equivalent- Business Change Certification (preferred)- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (preferred)- Project Management- Typically requires at least 5 years working expereince as a business analyst or a role from IT project management environment with good customer exposure and business acumen.- Understands the business and industry.Technical/Functional Skills- Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)- Project Management skill- Ability to gather requirements needed for service request and for issues escalated.- Strong knowledge in transaction banking operations, products, services and technology such as Payment, Collection, Trade and Security.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
