Project Manager

About the role

Lead and manage key and complex projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

What you will do
Responsible to define the overall project plan in consultation / agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders Responsible to implement and realize project targets according to the project plan and within agreed boundaries (specifications, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization) Responsible for on time clear and concise reporting and escalation Manage all requested changes and execute change management process Analyze project risks (w. r. t. specifications, costs, timing, etc.)and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management. Ensure that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, monitor & control execution of own projects
What you will need
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics). 8-10 years of experience of project management preferable in semiconductor industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge in project management & people management. Analytical and problem solving skills. Project Risk management (FMEA) Good attitude in collaboration, people development and solution finding. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
