Quality Analyst - English Speaker

Position: Quality Assurance - English SpeakerLocation: Petaling JayaWorking hours: 8 AM - 5 PMWorking days: 5 days a week**Salary**: up to RM6,500Start date: 27 May 2024**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing and examining all promotional setups (such as price adjustments, voucher generation, etc.) on the Marketplace Platform.- Acting as a Quality Assurance (QA) approver in SynOps for all e-shop tasks.- Monitoring and scrutinizing all promotional setups and submissions to align with client requirements.- Ensuring compliance of the client platform's store content (including titles, descriptions, attributes, etc.) with client specifications.- Recommending measures to rectify or enhance processes and setups to achieve 100% accuracy as per the brief.- Verifying the accuracy of e-shop settings in accordance with the client's brand standards and guidelines.- Continuously auditing report data to ensure adherence to correct processes by internal stakeholders.**Requirements**:- Local Malaysians- Previous experience utilizing Lazada/Shopee seller center in a Quality Specialist capacity within eCommerce or marketplace platforms is advantageous.- Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and adaptability in ambiguous situations within a matrix environment are valued.- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting, with a proven history of success.- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is essential.- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Do you need to serve notice period?
