Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review and validate all sales and/or non-sales calls to ensure it aligns with the bussiness requirements and customer expectations.?
Meet specific KPI measurements & to ensure all sales calls? are reviewed within standards set TAT
Provide feedback to Quality Assurance (QA) Team Leader for QA Manager on strengths and weakness on Telemarketing Executive's call handling performance and to recommend ways to continuously uplift the performance?
Ensure accuare and timely submission of evaluation and feedback
Ensure all enquiries are resolved within the TAT?
Performs other reponsibilities and duties periodically assigned by QA Team Leader or QA Manager in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.?

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holders with minimum of 1 year's experience in related industry.
Customer-oriented and persistent on quality of calls.
Good communication skills and able to influence people on quality assurance.
Computer literate.
Good command of? (Mandarin) - to listen / review the Mandarin telesales calls and English (spoken and written).
Target driven, able to meet datelines and able to improve process.
