You will help provide organizational and substantive support to the Regulatory Team, you will build new systems and procedures, and you will work with a variety of people at Block. Chief among the role's responsibilities involve full cycle examination management support including managing intake of examination requests, work with partners to obtain responses, facilitate regulatory submissions in the appropriate time frame and manage communications with partners. You will work with partners in legal, operations, compliance, finance, data analytics and engineering, product and other teams, to ensure that Block is compliant with applicable requirements and obligations while, to the extent possible, streamlining regulatory impact and facilitating innovation.You Will:- Manage an examination program that fulfills our legal and regulatory responsibilities, while endeavoring to minimize business and product impact.- Support preparation of all exam requests and inquiries, review document and data requests, determine appropriate individuals for response, coordinate with and gather data from a variety of team members and partners, manage any required follow-ups, harmonizing data and ensuring that all responses are submitted with care.- Support any remediation project planning and tracking.- Ensure documentation provided in response to the request is sufficient.- Manage all data input and management into the repository/GRC, and manage repository/GRC workflow and setting deadlines.- Manage all documentation within the GRC and ensure correct naming conventions, folder structures, and delivery to the regulator.- Partner with the Regulatory Examination Project Manager to escalate and resolve any issues.- Track, interpret and operationalize legal and regulatory requirements.**Qualifications**:You Have:- 5+ years direct experience with federal regulatory examinations (FDIC, FRB, OCC, or CFPB) and bank partnership lending models.- Familiarity with lending regulations, banking regulations and financial services industry best practices.- Experience creating and implementing efficient operational and logístical efficiencies; development of a repository or maintenance of a GRC tool.- Strong organizational, process, and project management skills.- Experience interpreting and explaining legal and regulatory obligations clearly across multiple disciplines and levels.**Additional Information**:Zone A: USD $135,200 - USD $202,800Zone B: USD $125,800 - USD $188,600Zone C: USD $119,000 - USD $178,400Zone D: USD $108,200 - USD $162,200To find a location's zone designation, please refer to this resource.
