Resident Engineer

A suitable candidate is sought to fill up the position as Resident Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that works are in compliance with the approved drawings and specifications, completed on schedule, within budget and meet all the quality requirements and standard.
• Establish and maintain proper site records and documentation such as built drawing, method of statements, drawing and test records.
• To perform all required field quality control on material and workmanship to be used for construction.
• Assist the design team to review and response to Request for Information and other contractor’s submittals when necessary.
• To make recommendation to design team on any design changes and other contractual matters.
• To liase and coordinate with the client / contractors on all site matters.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of site supervisory working experience in earthworks, road works, water distribution pipe and elevated water tank.
• Willing to works in Chuping, Perlis Indera Kayangan.
• Able to handle whole project independently.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
