A Sales Gallery Coordinator has the first level of interaction with our potential clients coming into the Sales Gallery. Our Sales Gallery is viewed to be exclusive and has a superior class of interior. The position focus is to provide the highest level of customer service while assisting in day to day sales operations and administrative duties:
Greets and interacts with guests and owners in the gallery
Handles all pre-arrival processes for their sales presentation including recording their reservation, assigning their Sales Executive and handling the gifting program.
Ensures all Front of House areas are presentable and up to the standards.
Demonstrates excellence in service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction, responding to guests in a timely and professional manner.
A courteous and professional demeanour must prevail when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
Completes and updates reports and forms to assist Sales and Marketing operations.
Updates vacation planners on a daily basis for the Sales team.
Handles multi phone lines and assisting guests with inquiries and information.
Administers sales rotation and record attendance for all Sales Executive attendance.
Must be able to multi-task with meeting internal and external customer requests while managing a busy sales rotation
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 3 years of front desk or guest service experience for a hotel or sales gallery is preferred
Must be able to work a flexible scheduleincluding weekends.
Must be willing to work6 days a week including weekends
Has an excellent communication in English language
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong commitment to the consistent delivery of quality guest service.
Ability to work independently to meet required duties and deadlines.
Strong ability to multi-task responsibilities.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
